Cathy has more than 20 years of project management experience from a variety of different projects involving sales, marketing and external Thoughts Leader programs worldwide in the pharmaceutical industry. She was employed with Eli Lilly and Company for over 21 years.

PERSONAL INTERESTS
Outside of work, Cathy volunteers at a health clinic that provides healthcare to those who do not have medical insurance. She also has participated on several leadership teams at her church.
She also enjoys spending as much time as possible with her family including her nine grandchildren.
